That's nice Paul. I did the Tusculum Trail and took
90 pictures. It was a nice warm beautiful day. Here

Wanted to sneak in a ride last night but I didn't want to hassle with a broken chain on the trike and I have a bad bearing in the Bottom Bracket of the Dragon soooo that left the Cannondale upright with the 2.1" knobbies. I pumped em up to 60 psi and met Liner around 5:30. It was about 48 degrees with no wind to speak of at all.

We took off down the Riverwalk, passing two sets of two riders on the way back in we didn't see anyone else at all. The Maxxis tires have a nice center ridge that runs pretty fast and I could hold 16 easy most of the time but I was horribly slow on the downhills as I'm not used to my noggin being way out in front like that.

The SUN dropped quickly behind the trees and the mercury plummeted. I was dang cold 45 minutes Into The Ride wishing I had worn more and it didn't get any better. I just pushed harder and faster trying to keep warm. It would be about 38 degree's when we finished with 32 miles and a pace slightly over 14 mph moving speed. My legs were shot! Certain muscles in my legs were really complaining that they arn't used to getting worked like that. It was nice to be able to get out of the saddle on the few climbs we had, I easily dropped Liner on the only real climb staying in my big chainring the whole time Fun.

Jon, the little fairing keeps me pretty warm on cold day. The wind off my chest and feet. It also stabilizes the trike on downhills. The Venom has a pretty short wheelbase and it gets light on the frontend on fast descents, with the fairing it feels much more connected to the road. I don't really notice any difference in speed over the course of a long ride.

This 8 mile round trip has it all. Don't miss the Chocolate
    Factory for lunch.

Excellent for a group ride. This is the best of Greene
    County.

Supposedly we were to get more snow the other day and we did get some...but it was typical, snowed a good skiff and then melted away. Supposedly we're supposed to get some more this week, or at least that is what my mom keeps telling me. she seems to be addicted to the weather channel these days. hahaha

We too are getting more snow. We've forgotten what the ground looks like other than white. Oh how we'd love to see a 40 degree day!
