    Vintage PPV mark III. Made in the 1970's, low production only a few thousand made. This PPV Mark III is in exceptional condition with very minimal use since new. Original seat covers and always stored indoors. Has been sitting for a while and will need a new innertube for front tire. Would prefer to sell locally (keeping it off the PPV Facebook group for now).
