    Keep your information updated.

    I posted earlier in this thread I use a wearable ID product. I did not mention is that I am on my third one (same brand).

    The reason for this is
    • medical information changes with time.
    • phone numbers change
    The brand I use offers replaceable information plates, but I always replace the complete unit. One reason for replacing the whole thing is I get to pick a different color band. The current band color matches my trike.

    If you have been watching Tour de France, you will notice Road ID (a wearable info band perfect for biking) is advertising like crazy.

    That is the one (albeit in red to match my bent) I will be wearing this week at the Greene Trails Cycling Classic.
