I was just thinking what lousy pictures his phone takes. I can make out some skulls;but not one t-shirt and shorts clad coed,he mentioned...

 

Wow Jon, I hope you are okay and glad you got stopped in time even if you got locked into the peoples, whoops, peddles. Artie Johnson strikes once again!

I'll bet that hot tup helps a lot. Wish we had one. As for the shorts...that can be a problem.

 

Aah, nothing a good spray and wash stain stick or club soda can't fix... and if that doesn't work. Just get some dye and change the over all color.

 

Oh and by the way Jon, you'll be glad to know I did the same thing yesterday on my V2. Emergency stop with a bike in front of me, clipped out on the right, and fell to the left. Had a nice audience at a 3-way stop, too, all the cars were watching.... ("That idiot on the funny looking bike can't even stay up") Somehow I managed to come through it unscathed, and no bike damage either. Can't for the life of me figure that one out.

Well here is a good one. Was cruising down the road in Townsend behind William and Rob one time and Rob was slightly in front of me but beside William. He decided to "tuck in" behind William not seeing (or else ignoring) me. I had to slam on my brakes. My bike went up on its end and pivoted to the right and I landed in the gravel beside the road. Bike was ok, but I got a nice scar on my right knee. Oh well. I stay well behind those two these days...

 

Now I'm getting it. My doctor told me to stay off bikes and just walk. He said walking is the best form of exercise. May just sell all my bikes. Anyone need a new Lightning Phantom? You folks scare me. But then, Jon and Keila are accident prone anyway. Keila always has scared me. Rides the four lane in Townsend....no flag, sock or anything. Not to mention all those log trucks in FL.

 

Buddy, I have always had flasher on my bike and I have a flash flag. It sticks out to the side...makes cars get further away from me because they do not want to get their pretty little car all scratched up. Works like a dream.

 

Yeah but, I fell in behind you and didn't even notice either, so I feel cars can't see you/notice you and that cocerns me. That day, you weren't all
that visible. Love you girl.

 

Ode to the Spell Checker

Eye halve a spelling chequer
It came with my pea sea
It plainly marques four my revue
Miss steaks eye kin knot sea.

Eye strike a key and type a word
And weight four it two say
Weather eye am wrong oar write
It shows me strait a weigh

As soon as a mist ache is maid
It nose bee fore two long
And eye can put the error rite
Its rare lea ever wrong.

Eye have run this poem threw it

My chequer tolled me sew

 

That's good Darby. Certainly tells a story.

 

I love it there Darby!! That'd sail through a spell checker! Although I'm not sure about chequer though.....
