(edit) You pay for shipping and handling from Harley's Bicycles Hutchinson, Kansas 67501.

The front wheel is not included. The seat frame is custom built, a stainless steel copy of the aluminum seat that kept breaking. The seat cover is custom built by an upholsterer that loves to ride bicycles. The front attachment for the seat cover is a piece of construction rebar welded to two steel plates. The handlebars came with the bicycle when I bought it in 2014 and, I am told, they are from a Burley recumbent bicycle, the handlebars pivot forward to make it easier to get off the bicycle. I made the chain guide out of PVC pipe to keep the (dirty, greasy) chain away from my leg and pants. The front forks came with the bicycle when I bought it, origin unknown. I will include a closeup picture (when I am able to?).

The Vision R-40 was a very durable, reliable bicycle. I replaced it with a Terra Trike Rambler. I only had to dodge road debris on the front wheel of the two wheel bicycle. On the trike, I have to consider both front wheels and the (unseen) back wheel. But with my trike, I can stick both hands straight up in the air and wave them around like I'm a dancing fool while I am riding down the road!
