Haluzak Hybrid race recumbent bike is extremely high quality and was made in very low quantities due to the hand made details. Vintage and Rare. Haluzak recumbents are a fantastic buy IF you can even find one.
Haluzak is a hard to find top quality manufactured recumbent. This "hybrid race" model is even more rare. These recumbent bikes are very light weight. They are fast while also ensuring the rider is comfortable over long distances. I rode a century in this bike and blew past upright bikes on the downhills with ease. Comfortable crisp shifting, great disc brakes 700c rear and 20 inch front wheels. Great under seat steering so your arms don't get tired in awkward positions. Only 27 pounds, so very light.
Comparable to the Lightning P-38, weight, speed and comfort, but the P-38 retails for $4,000. 5'6" to 6'4" estimated rider height - currently set for a 6' person (me). Quality Dura-ace crank and components.
