Bought a DF bicycle at WalMart the other day just for the wheels and parts. My wife declared that I wasn't stuffing it into her car. So she drove home and I rode the bicycle from Ozark, 10 miles home ... over hill and dale.

I only have one or two recumbents currently ride-able. I dis-assembled my lowracer the other day to take measurements and fotos. I just got in a new 4130 chromo tube to use as a main tube on making another one. Just can't leave well-enough alone. So that makes about 4 that are currently in the construction process. (one of those is for a grandchild)

I haven't gotten around to riding down to Dothan yet ... no real incentive. But with gasoline being scarce to non-existent around here ... I may have to resort to doing so.

I've also looked at putting a 25cc 2-stroke motor on the back of my recumbent ... make it a lot easier riding up hills ...

Anyone around here like to go on a ride some Saturday?:s14:

    Hi, Freth.

I was going to ask if you're anywhere near the Chief Ladiga trail since my wife and I want to come down from Tennessee and ride it sometime. But if you live 10 miles from Ozark, looking at google maps tells me that the trail is about 200 miles north of you.

Hope you find a buddy to ride with.

    Tom
