25 miles today on the Greenspeed tandem, wet and cold. Not good, after two weeks in the SUN on holiday. Looking forward to the summer, or at least what passes for summer in the UK. Adrian

You really need to have someone look at your tire/wheel/spokes/liner with a fine tooth comb. "Sumpin' ain't rite."

Short ride long on pain (& fun)!

Still learning the editing program; probably operating at 40%-45% of the systems capability and the canned music used has not been manipulated other than length of play.

This ride was rather short, very short my most standards, but the exercise and views made it quite enjoyable. Paul got up to 40MPH on one of the downhills (not shown in these clips) and I believe one coasting section lasted for 1/2-3/4 mile that of course ended up being a climb later.

The vid needs some good GPS coverage!.............later! Enjoy.

2nd Brevet in as many days. There were only three of us at the start. After the first twenty miles my legs were done and then the climb came and I have noting but noodles to peddle with for the next 100 miles. I am sure glad the Corsa coasts fast because I had very Little to peddle with. I ended up making it in 10.5 hours

MY only complaint other than sore legs is my left but check is sore for some reason an m left hand is still numb. I think i was gripping the bars way to hard the entrire day

so my goal of 2 200k's back to back was a success.

Dave you are absolutely right!!! Went to a LBS and bought a new tire (plus bought new Swalble Marathon front and back tires) plus Mr. Tuffy liners yesterday. Put them in and rode 28 miles today with no flats!!!! I think the back tire was the problem!!!

    Will try again tomorrow!!!

I will let you know. But I think I solved the problem. I will let you know.

Did my first ride of spring today! And guess what?! Nothing happened! :eek9:

My trike didn't flip. Loke didn't limp. My rear derailleur didn't explode while going up a hill. No migraines. NO WIND.

It was a gorgeous day. About 55 F with calm air and a bright sun shining through the faintest veil of high thin clouds. Meadow larks everywhere and a deer scared the crap out of me until I realized it WAS a deer and not a big dog. :laugh9:

Took a picture of my first runestone of the year as well. Total distance was about 14 miles. The most I was willing to risk with Loke's foot though it seems to be healed for the most part.

    Blogged it with photos.
