R.R.in Florida?

Anybody on here from the "space coast" in central Florida. I am stranded in Florida and saw a recumbent yesterday. Maybe we can get together for a ride or two...

 

At least I know you're no where round tn. Wish you were up here we could have done a young's run today the weather was great. loved it.

 

Yea can't seem to get out of Florida now. I was headed to Alaska, but my baby sister axed me to change a couple windows and cut out some new doorways and close up a couple old ones. Since it was still cold and snowing north of the Mason Dixon i had planned to cut across the southern teir route anyway.So i thought i could spend a few days riding down here and help my sissy at the same time. Big surprise the inspector that was post inspect the house must have inspected the wrong house. Now i am in the middle of rebuilding the entire back half of the house to repair the water and termite damage.Been here must be 35 years now,lol (not funny) and gonna proly be here a few more weeks getting it to where she can finish it herself.
I have found out tho that i have some really amazing sisters. There isn't much they cannot do and nothing they will not attempt to do.
I also found out Carol will go toe to toe and punch to punch with anybody man or woman, but show her a bug any bug and she screams and crys like a girl......

 

That part is so funny Gene had to say something about it. LOL

 

Hey Gene, you might try over at Recumbent Riders Social Club too. I know there are some folks over there who are in Florida but I don't remember exactly which parts of the state they are in. Good luck on the trip (when you can finally get away )

 

Thanks Patti, I'll give it a try. Just found out i may be able to get paroled friday for good behavior. Sis has to be in tennessee for a few weeks. Not sure i want to spend the extra time i would need to come back down here to finish tho. May just stay here and get it done then head on out. May be too late to make it to alaska before bad weather returns. But my long time friend in Cali. just died last night and she was half the reason i was taking the southern route. I wanted to help her celebrate her 102nd B-day..So i'll have to make some hard decisions come friday.....

Is she ok. Man I am roling but in a way I feel bad for laughing. Is she ok. That had to be scary. 115 volts man!

 

Yea she is ok.; a little po'd at us. She was crying and laughing at the same time when it happened.
I gave myself a great Pepsi nasal cleans when it happened so that made her laugh.......

 

Wish I was there I would have put that on camera and put that on America's Funniest Videos. Darn that must have been funny.Glads She's ok.

 

Well Gene, you could always come through Michigan on your way to Alaska. I still owe you a meal and you could even stay with us a day or two or whatever.
