Over a year ago, I was wandering up & down the isles of our local Health Food Store and I tripped across this product. Since Jo occasionally had leg cramps (of the charlie-horse variety) that would wake her from a deep sleep, i decided to pick up a bottle.

While I had NO expectations of it being able to STOP cramps in only 60 seconds, I did hope it might bring her some relief in one way or another.

Boy, were we BOTH surprised...and we still remain so to this day! :yes9:

It's not real tasty, but it really works in less than 60 seconds to STOP cramps and last for the next 24hrs. I have no idea how it does what it does, but if you have trouble with cramps it's well worth picking some up. Since Jo first tried it several years ago, we've never been without it. In the past, she'd try to get up and walk-out the leg cramps which never seemed to do much. But nowadays with this, she KNOWS relief is less than a minute away and it'll continue to work for the next day.

Their website is http://www.stopslegcramps.com/ and as I said, our local Health Food Store always stocks the product.

TIP: Acid Reflux or Indigestion Issues? See this post as well.

Okay, I'm definitely looking into that. When my charlie-horses hit, they leave me limping for a day or two with a bruised, tight feeling. Just feels like the muscle got slammed with a sledgehammer. :eek9:

I've always gotten them as long as I can remember, but now they're mostly in my left calf which suffered the blood clot a few years ago.

Who knows? Maybe it will work on the black widow cramps too! :yes9:

I have been a long sufferer of leg cramps. When I used to run it was a lot worse. But I would also get them if I ride my bent for long periods of time (like metric or regular centuries).

The solution which Dr. Roy shared with me was Cytomax. I drink it when I ride or after other forms of exercise and it has ELIMINATED my leg cramps. I used to get them once or twice a month. Now nothing!

I have never waited until I got leg cramps to drink it so I don't know if it will work instantly.

I sometimes get leg cramps when sitting too long like on a plane. There I have some homeopathic tablets I use and they seem to help.

I always look for the cause. When I get cramps, I look at what I've been
eating and drinking. For me it has been a vitamin/mineral deficiency. That
is caused by ingesting too much coffee/caffeine. Eat a lot of broccoli and other
calcium rich vegetables and take a multi vitamin daily. Remember, animal
products have absolutely no fiber and slow down the alimentary system.
